Titanic memento, a wall decoration, dating from shortly after the sinking on 15 April 1912. This souvenir with sea shells and seaweed was produced in United Kingdom (England). The picture, a trimmed memorial postcard, shows Titanic leaving Southampton 10 April 1912. Image caption reads "The ill-fated TITANIC". The dome shaped glass is surrounded by sea shells (a few are only slightly blemished).

Inner rim under the glass is colored light blue, likely meant as symbolic for the ocean water. A new hanger has replaced the original brass hanger (often broken off, hence thin/flimsy). Altogether an item in fairly good condition, with expected aging being ca. 5 7/8 in (15 cm). 1 1/2 in (3.8 cm).

This item is in the category "Collectibles\Transportation\Boats & Ships\Cruise Ships & Ocean Liners\White Star & Titanic". The seller is "foolcook" and is located in this country: NL. This item can be shipped worldwide.
